Returns & Exchanges

As much as we'd like for your item to be absolutely perfect, we understand shopping is hard! To eliminate issues, please read product descriptions carefully and ask us any questions about the product or sizing before purchasing.

If you do happen to need to return an item, understand that we do not offer refunds- we offer EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. 

Items may be returned or exchanged if & only if the following policies are met: 

  • It is within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase 
  • Your item must is unworn and in the same condition that you received it (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, no makeup or deodorant stains, no smoke smell, tags attached).
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your item is not one of the following items:
    • A gift card
    • A custom item 
    • Earrings for hygiene purposes
    • A sale item- only regular priced items may be returned

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a shipping service that can be tracked or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once you send through USPS, or UPS we are not liable for it until it is in our hands.

Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will supply you with a gift card in the amount of the returned item(s).

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at and send your item to the above shipping address.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will sent to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
