Twisted Horn Sales Associate
We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team at Twisted Horn! In this role, you will greet customers and provide them a friendly, helpful, fun shopping experience. You will have a chance to let your creativity shine by helping with multiple segments of marketing ranging from social media to traditional marketing. Additional tasks include packaging online orders, processing new inventory and helping keep the sales floor clean. If you're someone who is: goal oriented, creative, a problem solver, self-motivated/takes initiative and is a team player, then this position is PERFECT for you!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store
- Answer customer questions and provide them with product suggestions
- Help keep sales floor clean and organized
- Replenish floor inventory
- Run the register
- Perform other tasks assigned by owner or manager
- Follow all company policies and brand standards
- Assist in various social media, email, and text marketing channels
- Interest in photography or photo experience would be a MAJOR PLUS!
Qualifications:
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Basic math and computer skills
- Must be able to stand throughout shift
- Flexible schedule during OSU football, basketball, and baseball seasons
- Able to learn quickly and take instructions
- Able to work under pressure
- Familiar with major social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok)
- Passion for retail and fashion
